ShippingWe pay regular ground shipping charges via USPS, or DHL Ground (our option) on retail orders placed through our web site and shipped to an address within the U.S. Restrictions apply.* Free shipping only applies to orders for non-returned merchandise. If you decide to return non-defective merchandise (see our return policy), shipping charges that we previously paid to ship your order will be deducted from the credit we issue you. Shipping charges for expedited services are not refundable. Most orders are shipped via DHL Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Parcel Post within 24 hours of receipt on stocked items and within 3 days on drop shipped items. You will be notified of any delays in shipping when you receive confirmation of your order. Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day service is also available at additional cost for non-drop shipped items. Free shipping does not apply to wholesale orders. For a quote on shipping charges for an international order, please email us with the item(s) you wish to order and your shipping address. On DHL deliveries, should you not receive your order within 10 days from the day you placed your order, contact us immediately. We will need to file a claim with DHL within 15 days of delivery. Absolutely no shipping claims can be made after the 15 day limit is up. *We cannot ship some orders to Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses. Shipping restrictions are noted on the web page for certain items. Shipping charges will be assessed for addresses in Alaska or Hawaii.
